Breakfast Bars

Unfortunately, I often have to grab a breakfast bar in the mornings. I do feel better throughout the day if I eat a decent breakfast. If I'm gonna have to do a bar, this is what "they" say is better:
  • 5 grams of fiber
  • 5 grams of protein
  • Less than 200 calories
I just checked and I'm doing pretty good with my current selection.
