3 Lemonade Cocktails

Each recipe serves 4. Combine the ingredients in a pitcher and serve over ice.

• Lemonade margarita  Mix 2¼ cups lemonade and ¾ cup tequila. Garnish with lemon rounds.
• Lemon-champagne sparkler  Mix 1 cup lemonade, 2 cups Champagne or some other sparkling wine, and 2 tablespoons cranberry juice cocktail.
• Gin shandy  Mix 1 cup lemonade, one 12-ounce bottle ginger beer, and ¾ cup gin.

Picnic Ideas

I love these Real Simple picnic ideas and menus.

The Dolly Parton Dump Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 stick butter

Greae 9x12 pan. Put yellow cake mix on the bottom.  Pour the can of pineapple with juice on next. Add the pie fillings.  Slice butter all over.  Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
