Flavored Water

I saw a report the other day about making your own flavored water with flavorings that are helpful to your digestive system as well as giving you overall health benefits.

Mix 4 ingredients with your water:
LEMON
CUCUMBER
GINGER
MINT

I prefer lime instead of lemon, and I don't like ginger (present company excluded). I've had cucumber water before and it was great! Mint sounds interesting... I might have to try that.

I like all the flavors individually, but they were saying you should mix them all together. I'm not so sure about that!
